The DCS system will automatically transmit check images to your bank for electronic deposit providing a streamlined process of scanning, cashing, and depositing checks through one application.  No additional equipment or double entry is required.

DCS Verify Check Verification Service

DCS understands that there is risk associated with cashing checks.  That is why we have created a check verification service that enables you to validate real-time account information before cashing a check and incurring a loss.
DCS Verify is a check verification service that is integrated within Sigcard.  After you scan a check you just click on the verification button which will instantly run the check information through various bank databases and then report on any information that the bank has provided for that account.

• Verifies Routing and Account numbers   
• If there has been fraud on the account  
• If the Account has had negative items
• If a stop payment has been placed on the check in hand*
