Description

We currently seek personnel to provide phone technical support to end users of our point-of-sale products. Additional compensation for special projects, such as after-hour web development or product documentation may be offered to those qualified.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting our clients utilizing state-of-the art support tools
  • Helping with basic Windows problems
  • Helping with basic store accounting activities
  • After hours pager support - extra compensation given per call
  • Internal support and assistance with new programs and systems
  • Sat. morning hours from 8AM - Noon, but can work from home once experienced

Compensation: Starting base of $30k to $35k per year
 
Qualifications
  • 2 years or more of college preferred
  • 1 year or more of help desk experience
  • Personable and patient, excellent communications skills
  • Solid organization and time-management ability
  • Solid understanding of Windows XP/7, networking
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to understand complicated systems and explain them to others at a basic level
  • Linux experience and basic understanding of accounting a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish a big plus
