Some operations are already taking advantage of the Report Messaging System (RMS) by automatically receiving specific DCS system end-of-day closeout reports via email. The manual deposit report for Check21 clients has now been included to the list of reports available through RMS. This report would automatically be emailed for notification anytime there is a check deposit that did not clear the Bank IQA (image Quality Assurance) at the time of the check being scanned at the window; thus requiring the physical check to be sent to the bank.
