The e-CheckScan application runs on any pc using the Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional operating system. e-CheckScan eliminates:
- relying on microfilm to prove a check was cashed in your store
- relying on microfilm for determination of check amount
- Waiting on photographic film development
- Poor development of film-based methodologies
- Film costs and replacements
e-CheckScan allows users to be more productive and more efficient by:
- Creating a deposit slip for each specific teller (in DEPOSIT mode)
- Sort and search information by:
- teller
- maker
- amount
- date
- store (From the main office if multiple stores are networked together)
- View check images on screen, save to PDF, print them, or save them to CD-ROM or DVD. (All images are saved on the hard drive for later use)
- For stores which are connected via private network or internet- View, manage, and back up all images at the central office for no extra cost!
