RMS is an easy to use feature that provides owners with greater and timely access to their store information as well as provides a channel for effective communication with their managers and employees.

 

The utilization of RMS enables owners to:

• Lower accounting and management costs.
• Eliminate the need to fax reports at the end of the day. These reports are automatically sent securely via email at the time of store closeout.
• View store reports directly on the DCS web site, or even view Daily Sheets on your phone! **
• Send messages directly through our secured website to your store’s point of sale software. Tellers are required to enter their initials to move past a received message, the act of which is permanently logged and available for reporting purposes.
• Ability to designate any number of managers to be assigned to specific stores!
• Management is fully controlled via the DCS web site- No additional software necessary!!
